Sizing:
Knickers come in Small (8-10)), Medium (10-12) or Large (12-14).
Bra sizes available are; 32A, 34B, 36C & 38D

Variations on sizes may occur with different styles.
Other sizes can be accommodated on request.

Presentation boxes are available at £3.00 extra.

All methods of payments must be cleared before delivery. For Urgent deliveries or overseas orders, a bank transfer can be made. Please contact us direct for further assistance.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Can be accepted 10days after delivery, provided the items are in perfect condition, unworn & all the seals still remain on the product. After the 10days, a credit note will be offered in exchange for your items.
Faulty items will be either be refunded, exchanged, or replaced as soon as possible.
Please follow the wash-care instructions on each item. Items not cared-for in the correct method will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please send items back Special Delivery or by any other recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the Post office, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit. Postage costs will only be refunded on Faulty items.
